So theres this tournament and one of the battles involve the main character fighting this other character who uses traffic signals and road signs and at one point creates an illusion of a train about to run over the dog. The main character obviously wins in the end and his next battle (or one before) is against this creature that fills the fighting rink with water and tries to drown the main character. That's about all i can remember, someone help me out ^^
