Hey guys I'm thinking of starting a "featured anime of the month" type thing, so as to make this thread more than just anime nerds discussing anime. What's your opinion? Also:I'd like to introduce you guys to an awesome mecha series called Broken Blade. It's a series of movies (49 min episodes), not quite as good as, say, code geass or evangelion, but it's still pretty good. Here's the episode list and summary:http://animeready.com/anime/ongoing/break-blade/I will warn you now: There are some less-than-innocent elements in this anime, but it's not much.Have fun~

Does anyone know if and/or when we might be getting them dubbed here in English? Or is it just gonna be in Japanese? Cause I really wanna see it, just don't want to have to read the entire episodes to understand. If you want to watch the anime with Eng Subs. Google "Anime Ready" or "Anime Season". These two sites carry a lot of Eng Subbed Animes.

I wanted to know if anyone knew when the Wolverine anime was going to get dubbed not watch one with subs, because as I said, I don't really want to have to read the entire anime, I wanna just be able to watch.
Quote from: Kamietsu on February 22, 2011, 10:35:42 pmI was always under the impression Chrona was female.Well when Crona was fighting Blackstar, where Crona had 3 demon swords, Blackstar said he had 3 too; Tsubaki, his arm, and his place "down there" and Ragarok said Crona had 4 and he pulled up his/her skirt
I was always under the impression Chrona was female.

Okay, let's get this draft for the first ever Featured Anime of the Month going!I decided that, rather than featuring a really popular anime, we ought to use this space to feature lesser-known anime. As they say: the best things in life are not usually in plain sight. Therefore I chose a really good anime that's not well known:EdenoftheEastPlot synopsis/summary:On November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike Japan. However, this unprecedented terrorist act, later to be called as "Careless Monday," does not result in any apparent victims, and is soon forgotten by almost everyone. Then, 3 months later... Saki Morimi is a young woman currently in the United States of America on her graduation trip. But just when she is in front of the White House, Washington DC, she gets into trouble, and only the unexpected intervention of one of her fellow countrymen saves her. However, this man, who introduces himself as Akira Takizawa, is a complete mystery. He appears to have lost his memory. and he is stark naked, except for the gun he holds in one hand, and the mobile phone he's holding with the other hand. A phone that is charged with 8,200,000,000 yen in digital cash.Review:This is like "Death Note on crackIt feels like a mix of Bourne Identity and Eagle Eye, but with more romance. Actually this is much more than that. This anime has a sick plot- like it gave me the "Code Geass" feel. And the animation- with the character design of Honey and Clover, and the artistic presentations of the setting makes it visually stunning as well. This is probably the best anime in the Spring 2009 season. I can't wait to see what it has left to offer. But only 11 episodes? Sounds so short for an anime that I'm really starting to love.Rating: 9/10
