Status: Complete, 11 episodes Plot synopsis/summary: Jinta Yadomi and his group of childhood friends have become estranged after a tragic accident split them apart. Now in their high school years, a sudden surprise forces each of them to confront their guilt over what happened that day and come to terms with the ghosts of their past. Review: Review by: TimerClock14 AnoHana (alternate spelling: Ano Hana) is a drama about a group of friends who have split apart after tragedy strikes them. I won't go into too much detail, but if you enjoyed shows such as Clannad then you will love AnoHana. Please note, this one is a bit of a tear-jerker!

Code Geass was awesome. Ongoing, I like TAMNI.

My favourite manga is One Piece, and it will be in that spot for a long time. I would call it my favourite anime too, but I don't watch it anymore because I prefer the manga.

I can't choose a favorite, but i'll name a few... S.E. Lain/Ga-rei zero (+manga sequel)/N.G. Evangelion/FMA shintetsu
and, well, the oldies.

Neon Genesis Evangelion is hands down my absolute favorite.

But i do have a very large extensive list of anime I love, and anime still to watch.

Alot of what people said so far I would have been split about until I saw Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, the rest no longer even come close for me. ( never thought I would say it but code Geass is a far away 2nd place. )

I have an anime planet account and I guess I have wasted over 7 months solid on anime in my life and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the best I think. ( 7 months, counting every minute )
Second would be Code Geass
Third would be TMoHS. (  I will NOT spell it out. )

1. Soul Eater - Amazingly original characters, fantastic plots, great artwork, and a little fighting to boot. You can't not like this.

2. FMA (both versions) - One of the best plots of any anime. Characters were neat and the action was always fun.

3. Death Note - Amazing plot and the suspense was exhilarating. The only negative was the ending.

4. Rainbow - A story about seven boys sent to a Japanese juvenile penitentiary, their lives there, and their lives afterwards. Definitely for a more mature audience.

I've seen many others, but I don't feel like listing anymore at the moment.

The top 1 are sharing: Elfenlied, Code Geass and Death Note.
I simply love all 3 of them and couldn't place them somewhere else than the top.

2nd place: Hellsing Ultimate and Black Rock Shooter.
On the 2nd place simply because there aren't any new series coming out
