here's the thought pattern
1. the tittle hellboy asked it to be fire, so there i went.
2. hellboy has the right hand of doom, just like the fire destroyer has a huge hand.
3 fire nymph was a refference the pyromancer chick in the movie
4.Abe sapiens= ulytharid because of dead resemblence.
5. Raspoutin was characterised by the obsidian dragon because he's big, bad evil guy.
6. the Chaos power was a refference to the seven gods of chaos. if i could have added a seventh, i would have.
7.nightmare was less clear; it was a refference to the jewish shoa that was lead by the nazis who pulled hellboy from.. well, hell
8. the shriekers were to symbolise the big bad beasts like the ones hellboy takes down at the begining of the movie.
9.the cloak was to symbolise the whole thing about hellboy being with a top secret and government existential denial department.
i guess that tiny shread of hint was too big (sigh...)
