Active or not I really don't know.  The fact is he posted saying that you missed a scheduled time.  You never posted a rebuttal, or contacted me.  I have no way of knowing the facts if you make no attempt to convey them to me until after my decision is made.  Unfortunately, this is already settled and per the Announcements a new policy is in place to hopefully prevent anything like this from happening in the future.

i am not a chat member. I only go on every now and then. I try to organise through pm's as i am generally at school when the games have to be played and chat is to obvious if im typing every to seconds when im supposed to be working in my book. And i did let you know before the requested time that i wouldnt be able to make it because of a doctors appointment. Bhewlos (my FE opponent) can vouch for me that i wasnt there because he requested the same time.

How was i supposed to know that you wouldn't be in chat? What's done its done, but when i read this:

tomorrow isnt a good time because there is a large chance that i will be going to the doctors all day, so if your available before that ill try to get there

i logged in chat and waited for you.
The desicion has been made, but i'd like to prevent this in the future.
