I am giving the win to my opponent Haltar Dhrim Because between the time zone distances and he was trying to find a time more then me, i am giving him the win for our match.

Although it's already past the deadline, me and Vin dueled and I started out going 2-0, at which point he decided to invoke the mercy rule & rebuild his deck. The rules say I should post it as a 3-0 win, but due to the deck I can't make an efficient one for the next round without winning 4 times (As opposed to 3). Just wondering if I'm allowed to call it a 4-0 and change my deck accordingly.

Yes you may post it as a 4-0 win.  In the future, players should understand that the Mercy Rule is invoked between rounds, not during the middle of a battle to prevent situations like this from occuring.  Please post your new deck and Mark as soon as possible.
