dude, I know ICB might not be as hot as me (get it?), but he is a great player...
from experience, if I were to play him in a best of 9, it would probably come out 5-4 in one of us's favor..

I know he's a great player.
Just that is a much better counter to than is, as far as marks go.

well, I guess they mean something, but very little...

there are plenty of ppl out there with no tourney wins, no event wins, no league wins, no NOTHING, that can become a master in a heartbeat (*glances at ryan*)

(Not a bad starting hand for me. All he played at first was a few pillars and pends. After I played an Eye he dropped a Wings, and I was able to play a Dragon. From there I slowly beat him down through his Wings. He played a Pegasus near the end and mega-Blessed, but he couldn’t catch up. I was afraid of Miracle but it never came.)

(Had a weird quanta draw early on. I managed to slowly get a Toadfish by the quanta of my mark. He played a Pegasus and Wings to block me for the moment. I played another Toadfish and BBed his creature. Next turn I played an Eye and began to Inflate his Pegasus. He buffed a second Pegasus and I played a Dragon. Play another Dragon and he…Miracles -.- Became a race against time for me – a race I managed to win with two cards left. )

(I had a couple branches to take in case I won a second game. I went with my dragon build to counter his wings more thoroughly, since he couldn’t change his deck.

This was the only game I won the coin toss, and I had 2 pillars and pends early. However he got his Pegasus out faster than the first two games. I BBed it and played a Toadfish, and played my first dragon next turn. A turn later he played Wings. I wasn’t able to play a second dragon for another turn, but once I did it spelled the beginning of the end of him. Even a Miracle couldn’t save him. He forfeited.

Game 1: No Peggies for the longest time, while 5 Blessings was just sitting at my hand. When I was able to play one, I mega blessed it and ended my turn. At that point I was 2 turns away from defeat if I don't draw a Miracle. The next turn I dived it then played Sky Blitz and did 72 damage, but it was too late then.

Game 2: Basilisk Blood. Dread. All BB'ed. I discarded a Miracle early. If I didn't, I could've decked him out because he was down to 2 cards.

Game 3: Stone Dragons and Arctic Dragons. I could no longer stall with Wings. Like dd said, even a Miracle couldn't save it this time.

Good games dd.

EDIT: Ugh just found out I'm only allowed 6 Cell Blocks. Illegal deck. >.> Am I disqualified?

Good games ICB, last game just wasn't fair.

General game summary: Lightning his creatures, PU if they are stronger than dragons. My deck was equipped to beat stalls (1hko/2hko), and ICB just couldn't outrush it due to the creature control. I made a last second change from Dimension shields to lightnings, it paid off greatly for me.

It's okay, just remove one cell from it and turn it into another card/cards.

Post the new end deck too. (I did say I knew that mistakes should come up, so I'm not gonna be too strict on it the first 1, maybe 2 rounds.)

This is no easy competition, either.  I have gone through about ten to fifteen different Round 1 deck concepts before I finally found one that I think will work through the whole round.
