The ability to use Night Spell once is awarded to someone who wins a battle on tile 10. Night Spell can be used during Elements Choosing Phase, and will require both players to use at most 4 copies of a non-pillar/pend card.

It definitely could have been more obvious. If nothing else it probably should have been mentioned to majofa before the match started. When Calindu used it last round, a note about it was added to the match table and RavingRabbid asked him to remind bogtro about it.

I think that's half the matches played so far this round that have included illegal decks.
