Here is my collection, somewhat late really, of my pieces for Brawl. I wasn't always the writer.
I didn't save any of my PMs so I am simply copying and pasting  these from the voting pages and editing them as best as I can.
Shout out to team water, I think they all did some editing of these for some round or other.

Round #1 Writer - 2nd place
Spoiler for Hidden:
Steam Machine

Long ago, the elements of the world were slowly being harvested and controlled by the then ordinary humans. . .

Before the first War there was global self-destruction. Elementals were fighting each other outside and inside their own elements. Thousands of lives ended daily, and the land was slowly being depleted of the material resources. Decades went by while third and fourth generations of the original fighters continued battling, losing their reason but maintaining the idea of not failing their ancestors. Every fighter desired to have revenvge on those who slayed family, friends, and fellow elementals. For unknown reasons (though some suggest work of the void elementals who secretly found ways of living completely invisible to the rest of civilization—or lack thereof), the fighting abruptly ended with very few people spared, and no one had any recollection of his/her abilities to manipulate the world.

. . .  The world was once again breaking the seal of impossible. Gravity was defied, Entropy erupted, and the fabric of space was ripped and then reversed. Fires burned, shadows danced across the sun, people were healed as quickly as they were infected; earthquakes and tornadoes wreaked havoc.

The water elementals were dangerous, but they had yet to find a warrior. From the deepest abyss crawlers to the most venomous Physalia, none had struck them worthy.
A day of searching commenced with an extraordinary find. Lying in a pile of other wrecked automatons was a machine with the symbol of eternity. It seemed to be a clockwork machine, but in the depths of the ocean with marine plants covering most of the rusted, golden metal, there was no chance it would work in the present condition. Staying out of the eye of other elementals, those of water hauled the hunk of metal to a secure and inconspicuous place to recreate this machine to serve water.

              The metal was restored.

The symbol of time was replaced with that of water’s.

The clockwork was replaced with an engine to generate power, for water had no means of doing so. The engine was a major problem. Fire was needed, and water had nothing to do with fire.

With a single successful attack the forces of water managed to capture a single fire supporter and harvest his energy to produce an unending flame for the engine to combust and produce steam.

              At last it was finished.

In such a hurry to show off this newest champion of water, the name Steam Machine was given. Terror rippled through the world as water now posed a major threat: a machine able to generate power in large quantities and survive some of the most dangerous offensive attacks. The tide was now turned. . . Water was ready.

Round #2 Writer - Tied for 3rd place. This was my most favorite piece to write.

Waiter:  Table for two!

Chaos Lord: Right here; I guess it's just me.

(Jezebel removes her cloak)

Jezebel: Don’t worry, I’m here.

Waiter
: Right this way.

(Sitting at their seats)

Waiter
: I’ll be right back to get your drink order.

(Waiter leaves)

CL: Well, you look ravishing tonight.

Jezebel: It’s just a little something I had a White Nymph sew for me.

CL: That scrawny little thing did an excellent job, do try to not to beat her too intensely tonight.

Jezebel
: I can only try... So, Chris, life hasn’t been too harsh has it?

CL
:  Some days it just seems like I'm dealt a bad hand, but I make the best of it. Most days run smoothly, but I never know what might happen. What about you? Surely you just charm your way
through life.

Jezebel:  Uh… Not so much, I’ve been hiding in the shadows lately, just watching, and crying in the darkness. It sounds much more depressing than it actually is though, it's rather useful.

Waiter: Sorry, for the delay folks, my name is Maxwell, I’ll be your waiter this evening. What can I get you to drink?

CL: Let’s see... You know what? Surprise me. Mix something together; make something entirely new, I don’t care.

Waiter: Okay, and for you ma’am?

Jezebel: I’ll have the Tears wine tonight, with a splash of poison.

Waiter: Alright, I’ll be right back with your drinks.

(Waiter leaves)

Jezebel: What are you going to get to eat?

CL
: I was thinking about the Mutated Recluse. Anything exciting for you?

(Waiter arrives with drinks)

Waiter: Here you go. Okay then, what will we be having tonight?

Jezebe
l: I’ll have the Scared Girl Special with a side of the arsenic fries.

Waiter: Oh, sorry ma’am, we don’t carry that dish anymore. The recipe suddenly disappeared one day, no one knows where it went.

Jezebel: Oh! What a shame... Well, I’ll have the Girls Generation special with a side of gravy.

Waiter: Now we do have that and luckily for you, we get the necessary ingredients once every couple weeks.

Waiter: And you sir?

CL: I’ll have the Mutated Recluse.

Waiter: The Flesh Recluse is in season, would that be alright?

CL: Absolutely, but can I substitute the drizzled poison for a raging hot sauce elixir?

Waiter: Yes sir. If that’s all, I’ll be back with the food soon.

(Waiter leaves)

(By now Jezebel and Chaos Lord are staring into each others eyes, entranced)

CL: Let’s cut to the chase, why did you really want to dine with me?

Jezebel:  Well... I’ve been lonely, and the nymphs aren’t much comfort and well... I don’t know quite how to say this but...

CL: Oh, well, Jezzie my condo is across the street. Shall we?

(Chaos Lord stands and extends his hand)

(Jezebel takes his hand.)

Jezebel: We shall.

The Blazing Divine

What elementalist could possibly think of angering such heavenly creatures as angels, not only just sealing their wounds, but continuing to cause rage in their souls?
One who wants to harvest their true power and divine terror.

Marked with fire by the righteous as one who generates heat, the elemental establishes pillars of blinding light. Illuminating the battlefield, these towers emanate purity with their brightness. Because much light is needed in order to call down Archangels, these structures act as beacons for the divine guardians.

Rays of sunlight dance across the sky, further brightening their paths, making it much easier to see the approaching enemy. The refraction piled up is more than enough.
Instantly, two pillars of flame, falling from the sky, collide with the rays, consuming them and scorching the ground beneath. Pyres roar and sear the earth, producing an energizing warmth. Even without the rays, the light shines on, awaiting to be channeled by its master.

The light on the field dims a little. And so, descending from Heaven, an Archangel gracefully lands, ignoring the scorching heat. Dressed in pure white with wings protruding from its back, the being stares its adversary in the eye, daring it to try and hurt him. He can withstand most attacks without flinching. Though the times he is attacked, simply healing himself is enough, and he then proceeds to deliver great power. A round between the two fighters, and another angel is called down, mirroring the first almost exactly.

By now the fire lessens as some of it forms into a bottle. Flames, licking and jumping, try to escape their containment, but nothing prevails. One angel grasps the container, consuming the liquid, and almost immediately becomes a different creature. Its face turns red and fighting becomes detrimental, but reckless. To calm this angels rage, it is blessed, and whilst it is still a more powerful fighter, it’s now more concentrated. The other angel heals the empowered one, and tranquility once again describes the scene.

One moment of fury after another, the strengthed beings devastste their opponent with attacks only creatures of unending healing can have. The pattern continues, and eventually nothing stands in the Archangels' way, and their duty is complete.

Surveying the scene for anything left to decimate, the holy guardians ready themselves for departure. Meanwhile, the rays of sunshine slowly drift to the ground, shuddering, flickering, and falling; they produce no more light, for they have expired. A rage elixir falls to the ground and spills but the earth remains undisturbed, soaking in the contents. The pillars of red-hot energy die down until they are no more than one small candlelight, only to be suffocated. The towers of glorious light grow dark, causing the battlefield to darken immediately. Those structures, cold and dark, collapse upon themselves becoming a useless pile of rubble.

The Archangels ascend to their place of origin, only to await again the call of battle, when the light is brightest.

Round #4 Writer - 2nd Place, now this I did not write. It was written by Werdbooty.
Spoiler for Hidden:
The Light of Battle

I weep to wonder why we were chosen
for such a time so near to closing —
a time that's dark and foul indeed
with evil minions of every creed;
a time when evil dreads arise again
to do battle 'til the end.

Thunder rumbles with malicious glee
and fire rains down upon the trees
ere the tides of good are turned
and those who fight are too soon burned
and those who lived afore they fought
are torn asunder with airy thought.

But unto this troublesome time
a little Light must surely shine?
When evil masters rub their hands with joy
for the machinations they've employed,
vile creatures foul and scary
— will there be a Sanctuary?

Thus Crusaders ever-White
rally forth to fight the fight;
Lo! Our triumph ("For the Light!")
shall bring us Hope and bless our might;
shall call the Angels to those who bleed,
to heal the wounds of those in need.

Thus the pillars would ever quake
should evil elements lie awake —
but as prophecies are spake on high
we will sound a battle's cry,
should evil dreads arise again
Take heart! The Light does battle 'til the end!
This is something for Round #4 I wrote just to see what the team thought, ya know, poems are not my thing.
Spoiler for Hidden:
Time

Time has slipped away from us
Our memories only swirling dust
Our infections full of puss
Try to remember, that we must

Of the time we all endured
Rewinding time to try again
Nothing that we found has cured
Reducing us to simple men

Stinging thoughts of what we’ve done
Hoping to avoid De-ja Vu
Hide! It’s the revealing sun
We stay out of its aching view

Fate my hold our key to peace
The hourglass dripping away
Our reluctance will increase
Impossible that we don’t pray

Never-ending do we fear
Going on and on without end
Finite is to what we steer
Should we have to, our hope we’ll mend

Though ghosts of our past may haunt
While they torture us for glee
And  they cause trembles and taunt
Our pain surpasses a high degree

We persevere once again
Precognitions give us hope
Visicous cycles repeat often
With this one, for now, we cope

Round #5 Writer - 3-Way tie for 2nd place. Not my favorite task, didn't feel so motivated that week.
Spoiler for Hidden:
After the civil war on the country of Arma, it was split into twelve districts of different elements. Each element has individual ability; they all support the country. These twelve sections are as follows: Life, Death, Time, Aether, Gravity, Air, Earth, Water, Fire, Darkness, Light, and Entropy; while these are all reigned by all-powerful and all-knowing leaders in The Otherland. Here the people are capable of much power in all elements.

“Maxine, it’ll be okay. They are just going to prick your finger, checking your element. I’ll find you, go,” was what I said to my little sister Maxine when we went into the main square of District Entropy. Today was the Gathering; she was terrified.

The Other officials checking elements pricked my tail; wrote Schrodinger’s Kat with a :entropy beside it on their papers. Species and element were the only two things the Other Officials needed to know. I knew that on the paper where Maxine would be, "Maxwell Demon and a :entropy" would be written. I’ve done this before, nothing had changed, and I only worried for Max.

Boys and girls were separated, and eventually the Purple Nymph representative for District Entropy, Paula Chaotics takes the stage, dressed in purple from head to toe. She was announcing the existence of a video straight from The Otherland, which I watched with the same boredom from years passed. Mouthing a few words to my best friend Luke, a lycanthrope, I attempt to ease the tension that had permeated my will.

Finally, Paula says, “Now, the time has come for us to select one courageous young man and woman for the honor of representing District Entropy in the 72nd Annual Elemental Games. As usual, ladies first.” Paula walks over to Pandora’s Box, sticks her hand in. She pulls out a card, unseals the paper, and steps up to the microphone, “Maxine Discourse!”

I am in complete awe. The people around Maxine start to stare and take just a step back, also leading a path for here to walk to the center aisle.

“Where are you, dear?” Paula wonders, but I barely hear her. I run out of my group into the center aisle as Max's walking to the stage.

“Max! Max!” I have her attention, but the armored guards block my way.

“I volunteer! I volunteer!” I break free from the guards, and I’m standing alone, all eyes on me. “I volunteer as sacrifice!”

I run to Max and tell her to find Mom, and Luke picks Max up and takes her back, kicking and screaming. I am led up to the stage, and give my name, but it’s all in a blur. I am in complete shock for what I did, I what will happen to me when the Game begin.

Paula announces the name Percy Antimat. He comes up to the stage; we shake hands, sealing our inevitably fatal destiny.

Round #5 Off-Topicker -- 1st Place, I filled in for a teammate, write this with 45 or 30 minutes to go till deadline.
Spoiler for Hidden:
Usually when you think of a fight between two super-powered individuals, a villain and hero come to mind. Not often do we see superheroes fighting each other, because people love a good, fight between evil and its opposite. Some may argue that all superheroes are strong, at least stronger than the villains they face (in most cases), and fights within the community of do-gooders would result in unpredictable and often harmful circumstances. Such fights may be between the all popular and highly thought of Batman versus the debatable Ozymandias. Without much thought the conclusion may be unpredictable, but with some thinking, a winner is evident.

These two individuals are excellent enemies, so should they ever fight one another, the witnesses are in for a spectacular show. Neither of them possesses otherworldly offensive powers in combat. Neither conjures flame, frost, claws, storms, the dead, and so on and on.  Batman’s one possible advantage would be the tricks he has up his sleeve. He could use a grappling hook and escape into the shadows (another advantage), any types of explosive and/or gas, a bladed weapon of some sort, or one of his many infamously dangerous vehicles. Ozymandias could match those advantages with his genius, as he is often deemed by the media as “the smartest man in the world.” Being able to predict every aspect of Batman’s moves, as well as, knowing his identity of Bruce Wayne and what’s left of his family. These two certainly would have a difficult to defeating the other, but a victory is possible.

Batman would use the cover of shadows, but Ozymandias’ attentiveness would definitely pick up on the slightest movement, giving away the bat’s position. Smoke would be Batman’s asset, and he would use it to gain the upper hand on Ozy. Ozymandias would be aware of what was going on, too slowly though, and be locked in the grasp of Batman. Batman wouldn’t kill him for morals sake, and in the moment of hesitation, Ozymandias would slip from Batman’s grasp and they would engage in hand-to-hand combat. Ozy’s knowledge of Bruce’s fighting style would allow him to predict the next move, always one step ahead of the bat. In the end, concluding a hard fought series of punches and other painful maneuvers, Ozymandias will end up quite a few steps ahead of a weakened Batman, snapping his neck like a dead tree branch. Ozymandias, “smartest man in the world” would be the victor.

In conclusion, rigorous training and a motivation for wanting to be an obstacle for your enemies versus the sole power of the greatest intelligence results in the victory of intelligence. Although looking into a fight between superheroes may seem difficult to accurately predict the winner, taking time, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, and thinking through all possible scenarios will be an excellent asset. Knowing who would win in this type of fight is nice, but Good vs. Evil is a wonderful and fulfilling conflict destined to be a triumph for good.

Round #6 Writer - 1st Place, rather surprised. Hyperlink is here for the reason that I am not going to edit it to be exactly how it looks on the Brawl page, see for yourself. Submissiong #4 http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,43769.0.html
Spoiler for Hidden:
Dysfunctional Justice

Two apprentices, Axel (Aether elemental) and Wade (Water elemental), were both being taught from the Zanzarino. The boys had a very negative relation. Surging 20 years later, they set aside their differences and decided who wins the three decade long struggle for dominance.

On the battle ground Axel, bearing the Mark of Aether, erected pillars of space, spreading a glowing teal around the atmosphere.

Meanwhile Wade, bearing the Mark of Water, established fountains of flowing water, dowsing the ground, sending water vapor into the air, sparkling against the sunlight

“You’ve got to be kidding me, all this time and you still use water! What a joke!” Reaching into the substance of the universe, Axel pulled out a fork-tipped sword that shone with flowing electricity. Casually striking Wade, Axel was already enjoying this.

The water around Wade started to open and push a creature to the surface of the shallow pool of water. An abyss crawler emerged just outside the water. Wade launched a bolt of ice to Axel, damaging him slightly but turning Electrocutor into a block of dry ice.

“Ah! You’ve gotten lucky!” Almost all of Axel’s Aether disappears, and in a blink of an eye, a dragon, shimmering in and out of existence, it looks down on the battlefield. With a ferocious roar, the dragon suddenly appears in front of Wade and swipes a claw against his body.

Another Abyss crawler emerges from the waves, while Wade can’t do anything. Being made of nothing actual, the dragon can’t be frozen or struck with bolts. Using their tails as weapons, the crawlers charge Axel and cause him to lose his balance. He doesn’t even look hurt.

“Not looking good for you, my friend!” The Aether dims and a shield appears, defending Axel with a cocky smile on his face. The dragon attacks again, with the exact ferocity as the previous assault.

“Mon Zanz!” Wade had nothing he could do, as his side of the field generated water, but not to the point of flooding. The crawlers tried to attack, but the shields appeared in front of them regardless of from where they attacked.

And so the cycle continued, Axel was defended by his shields and dragons appeared lightly often, while Wade had nothing to do but throw the unlikely bolt he might get. Wade was definitely in a losing position until…..
Axel, ready to give the command to finish Wade as soon he made his turn, thought he was imagining what he was seeing. Wade’s image was becoming blurry and then stopped moving altogether, a blink later he was gone.

Wade saw the exact same thing.

Then they both appeared to the other once more.

Axel commanded his creatures to attack and they did, but Axel himself was their target. Barely holding onto life, Axel was shocked.

Confused, Wade finally got another bolt, and when it collided, both Axel and his creatures shattered into a million pieces.

Round #6 Deckbuilder - Tied for 1st. I didn't build the deck, but I was asked to and wrote the little story with it. With very little time to spare.
Spoiler for Hidden:
Hiding in the cover of the night, Cat woman stalks her prey. Watching, she takes refuge in Graveyards, a place no one will look for her. When the moon is just right, her often allied undead protectors join her cruise through the night, empowered by the clash of light and darkness. Catwoman rules the night where chaos and darkness flow, cloaked in the unseen randomness of endless worldly possibilities.
