OOC: Still working on it, but hey, feel free to review in the meantime. I plan to put each of the cards under their respective realm unless its a multiple type of creature (Dragons and spiders, for example).
Creation:
Twelve were created. By who or by what, it is not said, and on this matter the Twelve have not spoken, so the question has fallen by the wayside. But, the Twelve were created. Twelve gods- each embodying an essential aspect of the universe. The godswere not given any task or calling, beyond that which they embodied. And so, by their mutual existence and effects on each other, created the World That Is. Everything that was not them but existed was confined in this World. The World became divided into fourteen divisions- one for each of the twelve gods, one that was...odd, and another realm, that was a combination of the Twelve. This became known as the world of Mortals (Which you, being a mortal, obviously know about) and will be noted when relevant. But this book relates to the other thirteen, and the beings who dwell there. As each of the planes became dedicated to their god, beings emerged in them. Elementals, as they are generally called now, developed as mortals did, had a sentience about them and a personality that was mostly dictated by that which they embodied.

The Societies of the Different Realms
General Structure:
Each of the societies of the planes have some things in common. They tend to be located in a central city where most, if not all, of their society lives. Each plane is ruled by a Deva, and incredibly powerful elemental of that plane's element, who is aided by an Adjutant. Below the Devas and their Adjutant are the plane's governments, which are set up varyingly according to the plane.
Aether:
Kings. Emporers. Dictators. Above and untouchable to the common rabble below them, Aether elementals are the natural rulers. Proud in personality and majestic in appearance, the City of Aether, and indeed the Plain in general, are unaccessable to other elementals and mortals save by the blessing of an Aether elemental- although, there has been a few documented break-ins. As such, to travel in between realms, Aethers can open inter-planar portals with any sharp object to travel to and fro their realm and those of others. Their inclination to secrecy has given them the stigma of being plotters and manipulators- a stigma which may not be unfairly given. Most Aethers, owing in part to their hubris, seek to enact their will on the other realms and maintain their rule. AS a result of being reliant on these rules, they have become creatures of order, and as a result enemies of Elementals of Entropy. They are also at odds with Time Elementals, as they seek to reign for eternity and beyond- something that goes against the very law of nature.
The City of Aether is the Immaculate Capital. It is built upon ethereal pillars, so strong and tall that they place the Capital in the upper heavens of the World. There are no stairs, or ramps, or ladders that lead into the Capital.
