Dear Team  members!

Welcome to the brightest war team ever ! 

I will send out a an invitation to team chat board soon, and I hope to see you all there very often.
Some general directions for what we are supposed to do:

Before First Round - Vault-building

• Get familiar with the rules
• Collect a set of decks we want to include in vault. Ideas are welcome, post them in team-chat
• Test the decks, preferably against each other, if there are no team-mates around, then against AI in trainer
• Fine tune quanta balance (production vs card costs)
• Make the tough decisions what goes into final vault

During deck-building phase each round

• Everybody should send a PM to their opponent to arrange for the match time. Be specific, set a time and post that in team chat, don't just leave it to whenever you meet in chat.
• Consider the impact of the event card, discuss options
• Collect information about opponent decks, what they played in previous rounds, what are they likely to bring against ?
• There should be a thread created and maintained for each of the other teams, where we collect the decks they played so far
• Analyze salvage potentials, what new decks maybe built using the salvage cards
• Propose best possible decks to send against each opponent
• Test, refine, tweak the proposed decks against the expected opponent decks
• Decide the best choices based on test results
• Revise the decks according to vault constraints
• Decide final set of decks to be submitted
• Edit vault to reflect the decks selected

During dueling phase each round

• Verify and confirm your match-time with the opponent
• During match, either record the game or take screen shots for any desync and before the end of each game
• If you need to post a screen-shot, make sure you crop the image to show the game-board only, do NOT leave any other browser tabs shown that might give away our secret chat URL
• If you are unable to play you match for whatever reason (e.g. your pet elephant stepped on your computer), then inform the team as soon as possible so we can arrange for a substitute
• Win your match - this one is important! 
• Post the match results and the deck used in the battle result section of the forum with the appropriate title and include a short description of the match

Hey team. Above sounds good. I like that we fight as a team and not as individuals.

In addition to above I think that we should try to have a meeting twice a week. One when the new opponents are revealed to discuss stuff and one final one the day before the deadline. This way people will have time to think and test stuff between the first and final meeting. Instead of having one big meeting the day before the deadline and leave us with little time for deck testting.

thanks for the warm welcome... I'll be trying to contribute to the team and make a good effort all-around as much as I can, around school and church (just... I will). That said, happy to participate in war on your team, zso_zso
