I've been working on an excel spreadsheet to help us with the vault stuff. It's not the best and it might not that user friendly to say the least, but I'm attaching it here to anyone interested.
I already put the contents for our vault and few decks for first round. You should only enter stuff in cells with red borders.
I didn't test this on other version of Office so I assume it only works on 2007.
Any suggestion/comments/questions are welcome but please don't post this anywhere else.
edit: attached another for older Office version. It might work but possibly loose its conditional cells formatting.
