good organisation is half winning the war.
so i start this topic to get stuff rolling.

1. opponent analizing

- organized by the strategist.
- (i will try my best to helping there, but im a bad predictomancer^^)

2. counter suggestion/deck
- every team member is posting suggestion in the "deck round x" posts for his duel.
- if you have no idea, please post this so me or the team can work something out.
- I will coordinate these suggestions/discussion.
- this should be done atleast 24h before the deadline (duel phase is starting).
earlyer = better
- at least 24h before the duel phase i will start appoint decks.

3. vault check, salvage/discard desicion

- salvage/discarding might will impact the decks we can build.
that means, we need to run a vault/salvage discussion simultan to the deckbuilding discussion.
- i will team up with the vault organizer/salvager as much as possible

4. appoint the definitve deck
- should be done at least 12h before deadline.
- in this phase we will also do the definitv vault/salvage (i hope 12h is enough, if not we need to be faster in a previous phase.)
- due vault restriction/strategic decisions it might happend that we cant give any duelist the optimal deck.

5. double check, double check

- i will check all the time if the decks are legal according to our vault and war rules (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13006.0.html).
- dont forget to double check your deck & mark before you enter a duel ;)

^this is just a way i think we can run this war.
feel free to comment/critisize if i missed something or we should do something in a other way.

This looks pretty logical, and I'd like to emphasize the team-work approach to deck-building/strategy/salvage and discard.  A couple of thoughts off the top of my head:

1.  Prediction is difficult the first couple of rounds especially since we have no idea what kind of vaults everyone made.  Afterward, you get a better feel for it.

2.  If you want to salvage a card or cards, propose a deck idea with it (deck image) to show why those cards are a good choice.

3.  Make salvage/discard decisions AFTER decks are made for the next round.  (Yes, I admit we did it backwards last war for many rounds and it sucked.)

4.  Deck-testing with duels is a necessary step whenever possible to see how a proposed deck stacks up against a real-life player using a possible opposing deck, but unfortunately there will be spies watching on the spectate channel, and not everyone (including myself) has alternate accounts to disguise who's doing what.  At least now we have programmable AI3 in the trainer which is a step in the right direction.
Bring back Holy Cow!
