This is gonna be a tough round for us.  If we lose most of the battles, I think chances are good that the best we could hope for is 3rd (after Earth and Fire).  I'm really hoping we can win 2 out of 3 fights against Earth, but honestly, it's an uphill battle.  Let's get crackin' on deck ideas everyone!

Ok, some thoughts about our vault and deck-making abilities.  We're down to 2 Wind Pillars so we can basically only use Air cards that can be powered by a Mark.  So we can't use those 6 UGs.  Also we're down to 11 or 13 MS depending on what we keep from that Immolation deck.

Well, since we made the deck for Earth, I suppose we should use that Time-Light deck for one of our fights against Earth.

Okay, just to throw out some ideas, what if we tried a Thorn Carapace/Heal deck?  Graboids and Shriekers have low health so it would kill them pretty quickly.

Or what if we tried to out quantum deny them?  Use Devourers and EQs.  Problem with both decks is that I don't know how to do enough damage to kill.

Well, I'll keep posting ideas as I think of them.

Edit: I think Earth will be expecting xdude to use Hope since he can use RoL instead of Photon.  Either that Darkness-Earth deck or a Fire-Earth deck with RoF.  So let's use that to our advantage.

Edit2: I don't think we can use Devourers and EQs in the same deck.  Trios are so hard with 50% Light.  Here's another crazy idea.  What if did Fractal Photons with Bonds?  So instead of blocking with Hope we just heal the damage with Bonds?  *Sigh*  It's another trio deck though . . .

Second, stall decks may well be out of the question, due to the sheer number of cards earth has. I cannot view the vault, but do we have BHs? I may be able to make a deck from them.

Sorry, but what are BHs again?  And yeah, stall decks are weak against Earth because of EQs.  Those stupid cards ruin a great many ideas . . .  bleh.

Obviously not as good as last round's but still, about as fast as we can get.  You could replace those 2 Deflags with another Fire Pillar and Golem for a faster, but possibly more vulnerable deck.  Actually, now that I think about it though, the main stall deck I've seen them use is the Phase Shield decks with PAs.  So Deflags wouldn't help anyways.  So maybe it would be better without the Deflags.  Hmmm . . . I don't know.

I don't think we have any Black Holes.

I have no idea if they'll use Phase Shield + PA, I'm just saying that Phase Shields would be the only thing that would be a major problem for that Golem deck, but putting in Deflags wouldn't help since the times they've used Phase Shields they also used PAs.  And yes, we should have 6 Momentums.  Guess we might could go for a 32 card deck.  Not sure if it's worth slowing down for though.

Well all new matches are up.  2 Fire, 2 Earth, 1 Death, 1 Entropy, and 2 Masters. 

And I thought the old seeding was tough.

xdude will most likely be ok, and Helios won't have the worst chance, but the other games are gonna bite. Antagon, Zeru and 2 Earth. Lets get to work people. With less games vs Earth, it may be slightly easier. We need a deck to beat Entropy and Fire MASTERS though.

Basically, we need 4 awesome decks now, rather than 3.

Thinking about our Earth fights some more, I think they won't use the Devourer deck again and instead will go with a Earth/Fire and Earth/Gravity deck.  They know we have 12 Phase Shields so they either have to stop us from using that strategy (like the Devourer deck) or counter it (with EQs, Pulverizer, Momentum, Deflags).

For Zeru, do you reckon he will try to screw us with discord? If so, then with few immolations, we may have a problem.

For Antagon, how about a deck based around control? A stall deck perhaps, with reflective shields, and few monsters.
