Yeah, when implosion and I were originally testing that deck, we were testing against unupped decks.  Fractal unupped Phoenix doesn't work.  Oh well.

I actually thought that implo had a good chance against Entropy.  That's a pretty wicked deck he made.

We should have seen it coming and gone with a hope deck, but I figured he'd have RoF to counter that... he didn't, but oh well. In terms of salvaging, Helios played against a mono aether and I played against entropy/aether, so either of us could salvage phase shields. Pervepic also appears to have had 2 photons (for butterfly effect), so we may as well loot those. For the rest, we could try his discords (2) and some pillars or something. Skyguy's deck was standard mono aether, so we could take shield or lightnings or something.

Right, so who has yet to play. I know I do, and Jumba isn't too happy with the times I can arrange.

So here's my thoughts so far on discarding and salvaging:

Candle's deck: Keep 4 Miracles for sure and maybe 2 Light Pillars; discard the rest.

Helios' battle: Loser hasn't posted deck yet

Implosion's battle: This is an interesting one.  We have pillars for both Aether and Entropy so we can use more cards from either element.  Discords are nice but we really don't have much else for Entropy.    If we picked up the Phase Shields, we could try to make another Phase Shield deck.

Hobnob5000's deck: We lose everything.

Dragoon's battle: Again some more interesting possibilities.  Could go for more Water cards.  Or we could take Forest Spirits and make a deck with them (Life mark+Water Pillars).  Not sure which would be better.

As I said, Helios played vs a mono aether, so I doubt there's much useful from that except shields and maybe lightning. So I would try to make another shield deck from that, and maybe from my opponent take the discords, a couple entropy pillars and the photons. Who knows, maybe we could make some sort of mono-light with entropy splashed.

Masters are hard.  And it wasn't your fault (well, maybe a little bit since you didn't help find a better deck when we had to pick cards for the vault  :P ); the deck had a lot of weaknesses.
