I've got another deck for you folks. It's a deck meant for decking out, and it kicks Aether's ass. It could be good with some other elements as well, but it's not tested against anything else than Fractal decks. I'm sure normal Aether gets killed by it.

Code: [Select]
58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58s 58s 58s 58s 593 593 593 593 593 593 594 594 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5lh 5lh 5li 5li 5li 5li 5li

Good idea. Since there is earth, why not replace a shield or a pillar or something with a PA (or two) in case of devourer fractal with steal or phoenix fractal with deflagration? It might be difficult to fit in, but I'd rather not risk the possibility of someone happening to bring 3-4 permanent control cards.

That would be a good idea Implosion. I'm not too sure we need the Stone Skins, but it could be tested a little more.

I think the deck would work against a normal Aether deck too.  Their dragons only hit for 8 and 2 of those would be blocked.  Plus with the Stone Skins giving us insane amount of health, and EQs to slow their quanta collection, I think it'd work against most Aether decks.  The PAs is smart though, just in case.

I kinda like the stone skins. They have good synergy with miracle. If we manage to use them with 52+ :earth quanta, then miracle becomes twice as strong.

implosion and I have just tested the Aether-Light counter deck against Earth; during our testing, the counter deck proved to be very effective against the Earth Shrieker Rush deck.

However, we also noted that in the event that an enemy team has prepared a Thunderstorm or a Rain of Fire, the counter deck player will probably wish to conserve one Luciferin, one Photon, and one Fractal.

Yes, and if you can use the Luciferin on your fractal'd Dragons your set!

A couple other things to keep in mind... I was grinding the t50 a few days ago and noticed a couple decks that were un-upped. And were made by people on other teams. And that had a significant portion of the cards in their elements.

Needless to say, the t50 is apparently a source of information on the enemy. So far I only saw two. But if you see more, post them here.

Also, this goes both ways. I know most of use aren't in the t50 (Dragoon was but says he isn't anymore) so make sure not to go into the t50, because other people would get info on us. And I know candle was rated around 10ish or even higher, so candle, once you gain access to this thread, please either quit over and over against AI6 or, more probably, just make sure not to keep light's decks equipped when idle.

So without further ado, here are the decks I saw:

Pervepic (team entropy) had an aether/dark deck containing the following cards of interest (at least this is what I saw before the end of the match): DISCORD, PURPLE DRAGON, LYCAN, DUSK MANTLE. This is a deck we could assume they had because of the natural synergy with entropy / dark from lycanthrope.

The other one was a bit more interesting. Antagon (team fire) had this deck, it was a fire/death deck with the following cards: ARSENIC, POISON, BONE WALL, FIRE BOLT, RAIN OF FIRE, DEFLAG. My thoughts are that this deck intends to slowly do damage with poison while hiding behind bone wall, then finish you off with fire bolts.

I doubt we'll see antagon's deck due to the possibility of reflect shield from his perspective, but we could see that entropy deck, even if it has dark creatures, because they wouldn't expect us to pack holy light. I wouldn't be surprised to see devourers, etcetera in that deck as well.

So if any of you happen to be t50 farming, just keep an eye out for intel on the enemies.

Good work and nice intel.  Those are both elements we don't have decks against yet.

aye, not gonna keep a light deck that we're gonna use in the top 50

and sorry if I'm not that active atm, didn't expect the war to start so soon and got some important tests in the next ~2weeks so my playtime is rather limited atm(but won't be a problem to play my games)

Here's a creature spam deck I came up with.  It might need another Light and Air Pillar:

Code: [Select]
5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5lb 5lb 5lb 5lb 5lb 5lb 5lf 5lf 5lf 5lf 5lf 5lf 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok 5ok
