discards
rol/hope (-2 angel -1 morningstar -2 hope -3 photon)
We also have 24 angels; we should probably discard the two of those from the fractal rol/hope deck, and we have 11 morningstars. I was thinking to start with those three cards from that deck. I could see getting rid of two hopes; that still leaves us 4 for a rol/hope deck, and we won't want more than that. That's five discards, and then we could get rid of 3 photons. I could see shuffling it around a little bit, but the angels look like the cards we can spare the most, simply because we have a full 24 in vault atm. I know they're good, though... hard to say.
titansader (-5 sader -1 gpull -1 mirror -1 catapult ?)
Ugh... not sure what to do on this one. If we discard the 5 crusaders, which makes sense initially, what other 3 cards do we discard? We either discard flying weapons, which are too valuable in too many decks, so no, or we discard mirror and 2 gravity cards, or 3 gravity cards. Now, discarding even a few of the gravity cards kinda neuters the entire deck, so maybe we should discard ALL the gravity cards, and then a crusader. Alternately, we could drop 5 saders, gravity pull, mirror, and catapult, which would allow for salvaging the deck idea.
(so basically -7 gravity -1 sader or -5 sader -1 gpull -1 mirror -1 catapult seem the only viable discards; not sure which I prefer. I think the latter)
salvage (at last!)
shard golem deck
I see serprex had the same wtf do we salvage moment that I did about five minutes after winning that match :p Well, we don't have any real novabow thing going, and not even any graboids, and we already have 6 novas, so I think that novas are out of the question. In my mind, that leaves three possibilities.
1) 6 shards of wisdom. Flying wise glories. (also possibly hilarious mirror shield things if opponents run phase dragons or immortal golems, but that's an outside case)
2) 6 shards of integrity. Shard golem deck. We've also got 6 SoV too, so this is actually viable if we go that route. They'd be vulnerable to AM/RT, though.
3) transmute into something
time pugon
1 silence/5 PU or 6 PU seem the only reasonable options here, or else transmuting. This could help negate vault discards, since we've got some of these already, we could mitigate a few of those.
Vault discards: (4 so far, 2 losses)
1) The chrysaora, obviously. It has literally zero value on its own. This should unequivocally be the first card discarded.
2) silence/PUs. We're salvaging from time pugons, so we could kinda cancel this out. (leaning towards this; better than transmuting)
3) Maybe some of the entropy stuff we haven't used yet? I dunno.
