I think this is a reasonable card.  With the current SoD at 20hp, I feel like it outclasses Heal, except for the purpose of EM, so now you will get a better heal effect from an in-element card, or using this in light, than you will using this in some other element.  And 15/18 hp is still good enough that it can be used in decks like monofire or monoaether like I've seen in the past.

I like the new image and the colored text, but it seems like Zanz just changed the effect for the heck of it. Part of me wants it to be a little better, like 20 without a light mark, and 25 with.

I like the new change.It works with light (miracle) so i guess it can be quite a buff.

3 or 4 more HP for Light mark looks very weak. SoS really prefer Death element, SoR the same with Time. Here I didn't see it.
Maybe adding HP from SoD should depends on HP Light creatures on the field (max 30-40HP), or from Light quantum? Or maybe this Shard should also heal Light creatures?

Heal cost 2 and gives 20 HP (and possibility for EM).
SoD cost 3  and gives 22HP (less chance for EM, You must use other card)
