With a cost of 4|3, this'll never be OP or even remotely close to it. Denial decks don't leave you with 4 quanta in any element until the denial doesn't matter anymore and you're dead or soon to be dead. Anyone who has played with and against a Discord rush deck knows this. It's more useful for rainbows as defense against Black Hole right now.
Unupped denial is slow, and 3 :light quanta is easy to get upped. I tried various Arsenicrusader vs Pestal Matches (both upped), and getting the proper quanta was never a problem for the ai. I could still win with Pestal a decent amount of time purely because I generated high amounts of :darkness to Fractal my Vampires, but getting denied most of the time before you get that 3 :light in upped format is a lie. I'll try it out for unupgraded next before I go into details on that.

The card as it is is very strong, though maybe not for what it's supposed to be. As anti-denial card it's mediocre, as Discord usually doesn't let you get to 4  :light fast enough and Devourers... well those would be hurt by this card, but I heard that Darkness has some profitable ways to work against this card and before you can see the Devtal deck is gaining 4 life a turn...
The only useful application I can see is in rainbow decks against Black Hole.

On the other hand healing 4 a turn with the minor bonus of being immune to denial is pretty good and I expect to see this in many Stallbows (or other stalls for that matter).

How about lowering the cost, but also lowering the healing.

I propose 3 cost and 3 healing unupped, 2 cost upped.  The cheaper cost will help as a denial deterant and the less healing will make it slightly worse as a stalling card.

Discord isn't slow with pends and Novas, no. Especially not when compared to this card. Upped, it's exactly as easy to get out as Discord, which is ineffective as hell. You'll need to draw a decent amount of towers, and that means it's up to luck. It's not a lie, it's simple math and experience.

A nerf for nightmare, also more healing for life light, now the best healing element (I think it should be life)... I think it's the wrong moment for this card to come out, as much as I like it. I guess life should get more healing and Nightmare a buff before this comes out (or at the same time)...

I guess I think more of Devourers/Pests than of Discord, heh. Problem is that even though it might indeed need buffing to nerf Discord more, other denial cards shouldn't suffer from it just for the sake of Discord.

Even though Discord is fast denial, that does not imply all denial works that well that fast. Denial comes in all sizes and forms, and nerfing them all just because Discord is fast doesn't appeal to me.

"Dissipation Shield is a price, not an effect. Therefore, with Sanctuary up, you can't pay that price and Dissipation Shield doesn't work, rather than works perfectly".

It's not a bug that devourers still produce :darkness quanta.
It is very unfortunate that solar shield doesn't produce :light quanta with Sanctuary around though. I don't think that's what originally was intended with "altering" your quanta pool. Are towers and pendulums altering our quanta pools?
I think it s logical that it stop solershild(according to the text)

devourer|pest does not return  :darkness to you if the opponent don't have any quantom so if it can't take the the quantom, it should not be able to return anything to you. that is why I think it might be a bug.
