doing the top 50 at night is the easiest way to get this card, and you might win a couple rares along the way.

Miracle is one of my favorite cards, it can be used in the mid of the battle to save your life, or near the end for a ensured mastery (with bond of course)

I have played a ton of T50 and HBs matches and still never even seen this come up once on the spin.  Is there a "best" place to try and get it, or against certain opponents with certain decks?

T50 is the best place to get rares, considering some people there make farms. You might also want to try AI3.
