White Nymph was my favorite. High attack power, free skill cost.

Why is this card considered to be a Light card when it requires 2 random quanta to be cast? It should be an 'Others' card, unless I'm missing something.

Quanta isn't the same as Element. This is relevant when it comes to some card mechanics and especially categorisation during PvP events with rules. It also matters because of the flavour of the card. Luci is thematically a Light card, but its cost is  :rainbow so that it can be easier used with other element cards like Horned Frog.
Same goes for

In fact, the upgrade makes AW cost  :rainbow for more versatility, whereas
costs :air.
