I think it's always working.

Might support decks with miracles - but I don't think that nymph is very useful in any other way as it is can't be played in the beginning when you need quantum.

I think it's ability will come in handy a lot, especially in a duo light/water deck. plus, 7/7 are some good stats, though upped angel is still somewhat better.

I'd prefer this nymph had some other ability this doesn't look too nice for mono or duo light IMHO... it only gives luciferine to monsters without an ability...

It is an activated ability for no cost. All you have to do is click on it and your creatures without abilities gain Bioluminescence.

I disagree, with her stats being 7/7.
That's a pretty strong critter, though i'd almost rather see her as a 6/8 or 5/8 (to survive a minor ice bolt/fire bolt/drain life or firestorm and still not be otyugh-bait).

You can get the same stats with an archangel. The nymphs are supposed to be very strong for they skill, not because of them being 7/7.
