Cost is a bit high. 12 :light for only a 10 atk creature. Only advantage it has over other dragons is that it can't be paradoxed yet also still have high attack. I'd still take another dragon over this.

Won upped from Miracle, not a bad one, cost is comparable to Phase Dragon but with lotsa bulk.
