The extra pendulums are a given, so I've added them in.

Does anyone else have thoughts? Please add something, even if it's that you have no opinion, so that we know everyone has read this.

Maybe around 3 Green Nymphs could give us an advantage (given the person has these of course).  Aside from that I have nothing else to suggest that has not been given already.

The most any one team member has is 2 nymphs. We can take three, but unless more than one deck uses them, one will be dead.

Do to that we only have 6  :life Nymphs I dont think we will need them or any other Nymphs....there to expensive to use.

Fill /all/ extra cards with pendulums.

Let's play make believe, shall we?

Every round we have 8 fights, most decks using 6-12 pendulums, assuming the average (9), that's 72 pendulums used per round.

And, seeing as we don't want to discard unnecessary creatures, spells, and permanents, we'll probably wind up discarding mostly pendulums.  If we're playing average, we lose 36 pendulums each round, winning half the games and losing half the games.  Now, seeing as our vault has 421 cards, we can lose in, at minimum, 4 rounds, and after 3 we'll be squeezed for cards.  So assuming we discard only pendulums, we'll need 216 pendulums.

"That's a lot!"

Is it, really?  Think back to all the decks you make.  Aren't pillars/pendulums usually a third of your deck, or half of your deck, or more?  Doesn't that mean the vault should have the same percentage of pendulums?  If you were making a 421 card deck, how many pillars would you put in it?  In a 42 card deck, I'd put in 13 at minimum, so in a 421 card deck, you need 130, with breathing room.  I don't know how many you guys want, but 108?  Simply not enough.

(If we go from 108 pendulums to 130 pendulums, it'd take 22 cards, leaving us with 75 cards left to add, 18 with Hrmmm's suggestions.  148 will cut it close, but it should last the war.)

We may actually be better off taking cards and converting 12 to pendulums every round, which should reduce the amount we need to take in the initial Vault.

i was assuming having close pendulums/pillars and more critters/spells/perms, gives us more options for deckbuilding.

but i have to admit, i didnt get familiar yet with long term vault strategy.
(whats the impact of salvage e.g.)

actual vault = 353 cards (108 pend stack atm)
130 pends = 375
->46 cards left

then we could skip my life critter suggestion and the darkness decks.

i did a closer look to the actual vault. just a few things:
6 ffq's but no  :light hope, is this intended?
4 steals: if we skip darkness decks we wont need more then 2 steals
2 butterfly effect would be nice to add

agree w/ last post... I have a light nymph and an air one, I really don't think we should rely on them, based on cost and lack of having them. Hope = Great idea. Holy Flash can be use as good CC in a :life :light duo, it's very unconsidered.
