So we need one of these but I haven't set one up for us yet because there are a lot of options and I wanted to know what everyone preferred first. In the past I've had experience with War discussion in Titanpad and MeetingWords, though both of them do suffer from connection problems from time to time. Any other suggestions?

Only ever used Titanpad, and borks are annoying, so I'd suggest we stray away from that unless there's no other option.

We(team C) used titanpad in Budokan, i didnt saw any problem with it

You have a seperate account for each titanpad.

Okay, that's the login for your personal account, which means you need to use your own password here and not the password that I sent via PM. If you can't remember your password and weren't sent a temporary password via e-mail then try the password recovery option.
