I thought I would hold out on this just in case there was some slim chance of us getting into round 9, but now that its up I know we are out. So here is where I want to post a thanks to everyone on the team and good luck with wherever you go from here. I hope that you have all gained some experience from this war and will be able to use it in the future in other wars or pvp events. I thank everyone for the work and help that you did, be it big or small, on everything from initial vault ideas to testing decks to being a good sport when it came to playing your matches. We didn't get last so at least we can all be happy about that!
Thanks Marsu for bidding on me and giving me the opportunity to participate on this team! I realize that I may have gone over your head at some points(like with the propaganda), but now after working together a bit throughout the war there, I hope there are no hard feeling. I will admit it would have been nice to see you around(or at least hear from you) a bit more in those later rounds to get advice on decks and vaults and any stategies you had, but I hope that I was able to do the best I could for the team.
Thanks Rem for keeping track of the vault and spoils and all the work that went into it. I know that there was a round or two that we were the main guys working on testing decks and arranging the vault, so it might have been stressful for both of us, but some of our team came back at the end, and I thank you and them for that. I hope that I was a good teammate and that I did not let you down on rounds that I did little to no work due to RL.
Thanks to d2d, zerxil, and sky for keeping with the team, and even coming back to check after we were fielding so few decks. I'm sorry I did not get to know you guys better, but I know I did get to have a few chats with each of you at some point, and got to help some of you farm for the needed rares and electrum for upgrades. I realize that for all(or maybe most)of you guys, this was your first war so you were probably unaware of what to do, and for that reason didn't participate as much in the deckbuilding and vault organizing. I hope now that after this war you will have gained more experience and can go foreward and help your next war team with much advice.
I wish you all the best, and hope to see you guys again in the next war, maybe as another most experienced team life.
and if your not going for another war, then maybe I'll see you aroud chat, or in another pvp event or some other compition or something. If anyone else wants to, I encourage you to go ahead and post any goodbyes or final remarks about our team that you have. Good luck to everyone and thanks for the great times!
