I haven't had the opportunity to do an in depth analysis of the situation, but from what I can see I would agree that swapping with Fire is a very good option.

However, it has been brought to my attention that we need to make the decision whether or not we want to try and swap soon or else the other teams will have already made their decisions.  Therefore I need a consensus here:  Should we swap, or should we keep the battles as they are now?

It's risky, but if everyone assumes we have a bad matchup with Aether, Aether will also assume we are swapping, and will not try to directly counter us, but build a more general deck.  Of course, there's always the (decent) chance that they assume otherwise, but that might be a good risk to take.

Problem is, Aether can just take Bonebolt, destroy all our decks and have a decent-to-good chance against everyone else too.

I say swap, cause the people we switch for wont build a counter because they know they are againsy us right? I mean there is always a chance we could get countered but its even less with aether, they even might expect us to face them anyway and the only thing i think stands a chance against them is our aether stall and if they bring any momentum or poison against us we are screwed

EDIT: I apologize for not noticing. It's partly my fault, too. I guess the end of this deckbuilding phase just... slipped under my nose. I had other things to care about (mainly, tomorrow's exam) so I didn't focus on War. I should have at least entered some random decks at the start of the round... sorry, everybody.

I think at this point real life has been taking down all of us, so I don't think it's fair to put the blame on any one person for this.  I myself had been largely unconcerned because I was under the impression that the extension would have caused the deadline to be extended to the day after Thanksgiving...does it make any sense to add an extension that...ends in the middle of the holiday that caused it?  But I should have double-checked; between being sick and trying to get my girlfriend to speak to me again this sort of moved off to the side of my plate.

But perhaps this is for the best.  If all of us have important things occurring in real life then I would rather see us dedicate our time to taking care of those things rather than allowing War to be an unnecessary distraction.

Nevertheless, I thank you all for the hard work that you've put into this team from the beginning.
