I don't get it, does the Point have to use a 50 card deck or can he use only 30 cards? If so, how much will he discard?

he can use 30 cards - the extra 20- come from our vault.

This card is actually very interested because round5 would be 30 card discards - instead it will be 25 card discards (except for point person).

Pointed player discards 50 cards if losing, nothing if winning.
Unpointed players discard 25 cards.
