i read this only now but yes, they tried to somewhat balance discord, i can't explain properly but every quanta can be shuffled multiple times, this means it shuffle a lot less, always use cygnia when testing

also sofree works like this (if they didn't change it)

SoFr's proc chance is 30%, but it stacks multiplicatively. Dodge chance reduced to 20%, but applies to all airborne. Frozen creatures can't evade. Crits cannot both bypass shields and multiply damage
