I beat air when I subbed for kitty45 - the thorn carapace + momentum was an instant win. Wings was useless for them. Unfortunately we get -6 cards for subbing I believe. -2 for the upgrades. Meaning a net loss of -2 for our win Sadness...

PlayerOa beat Zeru, but nonetheless kudos all around. First round doesn't matter much  because we only have 6 card discard. At worst we go 4-4 which is average and nothing to complain about. At best we go 5-3 which is slightly above average.

Either way we won't take much of a hit to our vault (15-21) cards lost max. We brought plenty of duplicates and can convert so we should be alright.

Beating Zeru is a good confidence booster. We just need to spend a little more time on our decks next round. We were a tad rushed in a couple of deck choices.

I don´t know if we will salvage any card from Kitty´s opponent deck cause that was a sub, and when we win a sub we won´t win cards. But we will discard two cards because of the upped cards.

Kael Hate has said there is no penalty for subbing this round due to forum issues. Presumably that is across that board and it doesn't matter that kitty45's absence was planned.

Thus we should be able to salvage from Air. VERY VERY Lucky on our part.
