pro: it seems a pretty flexible allrounder, good control

cons: sometimes a slow starter.
- early, repetiv cc (like buffed oty/owls eye) pretty pwn this deck

I always thought of life/entropy as our failsafe through stuff together deck.

Six fallen elves, six novas, and whatever crap we've got left.

Life/entropy is also a good standby for fights life can't win.  For instance, against Earth's otyugh deck with both gravity shields and titanium shields, there's no winning.  The best bet would be fractal cockatrice, but even then, it'd be close.  So, since it's a crap shoot, through together an entropy deck.  Unfortunately, the deck would have to be 42 cards thick to protect the elves and the novas, or we'd be forced to lose one.

As I say, it's a panic button.

since we need 9 decks in the first round, i dont think we can have much failsafe options.

if we have a vault size of 433 cards and build 9 decks with avg 34 cards/deck, we have a "rest vault" of 127 cards.
i think there is still some place for more elf/nova copies. so no need to bulk up a deck for card protection. i like to win and gain cards over making a deck less reliable and lose.

i think you underestimate this deck, with the nice and relativ cheap cc and pc. entropy seems a good partner for life.

of corse we have to take a carfull look at the element we want to fight with this deck.
about that evil / combo (and other nasty decks) we can talk later in the strategie post.

-1 discord, +1 nova?

if you take discords along you want them early (like earthquake). a discord on turn 12 wont change a battle that much
for the final tweaking of corse we need to know, witch element we want to beat with this deck.

Actually, I'm hesitant to make it because I /overestimate/ the combo.  Throw anything at it and it will work.  It's why entropy/fire did so well last well.  No matter what they salvaged, they could play it, while earth was slowly running out of effective cards.

But looking at the changed amount of discards per loss, I can see why it'd be beneficial to have an official life entropy deck.  On that note, the deck you've made there is really good.  It's quite versatile, allowing for destruction of creatures, or permanents, or quanta, depending upon the opponent.  -1 discord +1 nova seems like the only improvement I can think of, the deck is extremely well thought out.  We can drop antimatter or seeds or discords or spirits depending upon the opponent.

as i was looking at the  strategie post, i remembered how cheap  cc is.
so i came up with this.

still not tweaked. we could add: pandemonium (mass cc), shields (carapace or dissipation shield), maxwells (not sure about the quanta usage)
