Elemental Strengthes/Weaknesses

As the Strategist I start this topic.
Here we discuss the strengthes and weaknesses of different elements.

  Immaterial critters, Phase Shield. A fire/life deck can work with deflags, fire shields and frogs/cockatrices

  Diving critters and control. Aether/Life with Lobo's?

  Stealing, control. No idea with decks

  Poison, control (once again). Life/Water with purify and maybe Dragon Mitosis? I don't know.
 
  Allaround element. Maybe Fire/Life here too.

  Winner of War #2. Extremely allaround. Lacks damage. Light/Life rainbow w/ Protected Sancts and creatures may work

  Spells, offensive, low HP. Entropy/Life with Pande's, elves, Abominations and Cockatrices?

  HP, momentum. Gravity Shields may work, but we need to cut off the momentum in any way.

  Allaround, high quanta. Earth/Life with quakes and Mitosis Basalt?

  Drawing, alternative CC. Again, need ideas

  Control, control. Life/Aether stall with Phase Shields, Quints, Mitosis Dragons for damage and Bonds?

I think lobo´s cost too much. We have to take care about air blitz. Air/life can be good, using shockwave against them.

maybe they use entropy/voodoo doll. Maybe using a rewind deck.

I'm sorry for being Debbie Downer, but this isn't a very good list, nor will it be all that useful with improvement.

Every element has access to every element. Aether can run an Earth duo and play Enchanted Phase Shields. Air can run a Life duo with Firefly Queens. Time can rush the hell out of you with Momentum Dune Scorpions. X element has no permanent control? Well, expect a duo with Fire, Darkness, or Entropy. X element is weak to creature control? Expect a duo with bulky Gravity creatures, immortal Aether creatures, Miracle Light stall, etc.

But in the end, War isn't about countering elements, it's about countering decks that you expect them to use, and you expect them to try to counter our decks.

But this topic is nice to force us to make real decks with real possible counters.

Like me, I just realized that a wing shield deck and a shockwave deck could be great ideas.
