and the devourer is a passive
AND the daughter pests will be just normal pests...
How are you supposed to cast mitosis on a burrowed pest?
How are you supposed to bury a mother pest?
You made a paradox here.
oh, he meant the burrow ability...
my bad...
that's a mistake there...
but still... it's pretty good on pests...

Well I hate to be a party pooper but I can't say I much like this card. I guess I don't like Life having a spell that directly targets and affects a creature (it's sort of CC in some few cases). I also don't like the "Fractal" concept changing to Life ... meh.

Really seems powerful, mainly with Pests. Lycans not too much, because would be a trio deck.

By the way, the "daughter" have the nromal skill, right?

The concept is interesting, but Im a Biologist and Im sure "Parthenogenesis" would be a more correct name to this card.

if this card makes it into the game without nerfs...
it would be a miracle... (not referencing to miracle)

the next thing you know, there would be Meiosis in the game...
effect: Replace the target creature skill with meiosis: generate 4 daughter creatures with half the attack and hp. The skill cost is the same as the cost of the creature.

this card probably isnt fast enough for a rush.
i'm thinking its primary use will be in FG decks, in the position fractal usually takes-creature spam.  in fact, im sure a pretty damn good deck would be a standard rainbow stall with the mitosis/drag/SoR combo

What i'd like to see is a few cards that can counter rushes. These decks absolutely dominate the pvp world and i am pretty sure that every one of you agrees. I've won and lost many games in 3 turns. That's just uncool and kind of unbalanced. I hope there will be some rush counter cards instead of... this.

I assume you haven't been on the chat?
this card is so versatile, it can be used in a rush, or a stall
rush: any dragon (preferably life), put this card, along with SoR on it... (it will surprise you just how fast this is...)
stall: so many stalls... most notably flying staffs with this card... if you have green nymphs, even better...

You don't rush with dragons. You rush with Longswords and Novas. It's very fast, but not the fastest, so it certainly works for rushes very well.
