In ascending order of synergy.

- Mitosis + Devourers and Minor Vampire + Adrenaline are two strong combinations, but aside from those the two elements share little synergy aside from Steal filling in for Life's lack of PC.
5.

- It's good to get some Forest Spirits out from time, but aside from that making Water Duos can be difficult. You can still make strong ones, but they're nevertheless difficult to build, using water mainly for it's wide range of CC and strong shield. Nymph's Tears + Life Pendulums + Frogs work well too.
4.
/
- Frogtal, Cocktal and a good PUgon. Silence, Lightning, Lobotomizer and Dimensional Shields can all fit into those quite well. I would rank that higher, but the emphasis is on Aether, being able to take advantage of our slightly better creatures.

- An odd couple, but it works. Elite Chargers are in an adrenaline sweet spot, as are Titans (which need a flying or animate weapon trio). Otyughs can be supported by Heal and Thorn Carapace, and Armagios can be used with Mitosis or even Acceleration + Adrenaline. Emerald Dragons make fine targets for Momentum with their high attack and relatively high HP, and it's even possible to make a mitosis/emphatic bonds/Graviton fire master duo (or trio for fire quanta), although it is a little unwieldy.
2.
/
- Firefly Queens, Adrenaline + Damselflies and Adrenastaves. The duos are few, but they're undoubtedly some of our strongest. Wings, Fog Shield and Owl's Eye all make for useful support, too.

- There was no way I could leave this lower than first, not after
I made five different Light/Life duos/trios for one Trials match. And there's more: Staves and Crusaders with Mitosis or Adrenaline. The simple-as-anything Rustler + Mitodragons + Light Pillars with a Life Mark. Hope and Miracle fit fantastically with Firefly Queen Decks to make a trio, you can use Adrenaline on Ray of Lights, or Luciferin on Frogs and Cocks. These two elements were practically made for each other.
