Ok, try this deck:

Mark of Darkness
10 Emerald Towers
6 Elite Cockatrice
5 Epinephrine/Adrenaline
5 Pest
4 Improved Steal

It's doing wonders for me in AI3. Unfortunately, the pest's ability to steal quanta doesn't seem to work with epiniphrine :-/

You can do similar version using other creatures that generate quanta, I chose darkness for steals. You can also try photons+miracles, gemfinder+earthquake/stoneskin, or fire eaters+explosion/RoF... can't think of any other quanta producing units...

I just had an idea to combine the pests+steals and photons+miracles, gonna test it out.

Just realized... I don't have any miracles in the trainer lol...

I just tested Flying Druidic Staff/Jade Staff with Adrenaline.
Druidic Staff heals you for 20
Jade Staff heals you for 15

P.S.: I just noticed that a Frozen Druidic Staff still heals. Is that normal?

However, if it does, then creature poison may earn some value, as it'll hit multiple times too.

zanz specifically addressed Puffer Fish; they only gain 1 extra poison hit, not 3 extra hits.   They attack 4 times, as normal for a 2-power creature, but they only apply poison on every other one, I guess.  Puffers and Pests are the only two cases that are dealt with abnormally ATM.

Other creature-based poison abilities are activated, not part of the attack, and thus are unaffected.

How are active abilities affected by this? For example, can an Otyugh eat multiple times per turn?

Activated abilities are different from attacks and triggered abilities from attacks, so abilities like Queen, Sniper, Devour, Mutation, Improve, etc., are unaffected by Adrenaline.

Here is a very solid Mono-Life deck using Epinephrine (Adrenaline) that consistently wins by turn five or six. It's up to you whether to run Horned Frogs or Giant Frogs, as they are both excellent.
Horned Frog doesn't die to Paradox, though, and does one more damage when pumped with adrenaline. 8)

Horny Frog has 33% damage stopped with 1-power shields, Giant Frog loses just 20% with those. Bigger shields are even more.

Like I said in my post, it's up to you which to run, Giant or Horned. Both are excellent candidates for adrenaline.
