Use epinephrine on scorpion before playing another scorpion

Use heal on the kill blow to get an EM

The big problem is: you´ve got 6 creatures, any CC deck will kill them right off. And, if you use this deck to farm ai3, I´d suggest the following:

-2 Improved Healings
-2 Jade Shields
-3 Forest Scorpions
+6 Giant Frogs
+1 Jade Staff
or
+4 Giant Frogs
+2 Cockatrices
+1 Jade Staff

Maybe this would even work with only 10 pillars and you could add another scorpion

Using epinephrine on a scorpion only makes it poison 2, even though it attacks 4 times. This means you probably get more damage just using frogs and cockatrices.
