Took me a while, but this is my half upped deck that I'm currently using against silvers and Half Bloods.

With how scattered it is, it is more like some random mono life that isn't optimized at all rather then a poison and/or dragon deck.

Mono life is far better off with 30 cards unless you are running a dedicated stall version, keep that in mind.

With 20ish upgrades you can be beating False Gods with a very high win rate! Just look at the Community-recommended Decks for FGs (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/community-recommended-decks/false-gods/) and For Platinum (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/community-recommended-decks/gold-and-platinum-arenas/) ;)
