This is the deck I'm using.I still need to upgrade all card minus the frogs. The strategy is quite simple:
1) Play any creature card, preferably a frog or a scorpion and adrenaline it.
2) If the enemy plays a shield, start playing cockatrices
3) Combo Mitosis with Empathic Bond
4) Heal, Jade Staff and Emerald Shield just in case

The Quanta supply is good but there are some draws that I only started with one pillar but I recovered nicely.

interesting healing concept and dealing poison, yes you might get enough pillars but the consumption is too high, lots of cards remain in hand unable to be used. You might want to cut the cuts down and set your priority. What's the aim of this deck? healing stall? rush?

And 30 cards works just as fine isn't it?

this gives 60-80% win-rate, compared to yours which is a more stable 60-75% win rate. But as long as it's 30 cards, the chance of drawing the card you want should be higher a little
