Ty gl1tch. That's what I was getting at, as far as upped frog vs unupped. I knew the part about the attack and the hp doesn't change if i recall from unupped to upped frog. I was almost tempted to check that myself but i wanted to grind instead lol.

It seems to me as though a few feral bonds/empathetic bonds could really help this deck reheal since there are so many small creatures

It's a rush deck, which means only brute strength.

I understand that it's a rush deck, but a thorn carapace wouldn't go too far amiss. You can then use adrenaline on the opponents monsters to easily destroy them. This makes it more potent against T50 and sometimes Level 5

7 quanta for a shield couldve been better spent on playing a frog with adrenaline.

This is probably my all time favorite deck.  Absolutely blistering fast with tons of critters around.

Um, it's a life deck.  As far as life decks go, it's quite like rock+paper+scissors.  Do you buff small creatures, swarm lots of creatures, or send big creatures for cheap?  No matter which one you choose, you're left with some card slots open, so why not go for the mastery?

Unless you're going against HB (which is not a good idea), heals will do better than bonds.
