These are the many friends of the Druid, the protector of the forest. You do not want to mess with them.

Hrm, anyway. I was doing some Elder-grinding for score focused on EM's (it is very effective) with the "Mono Life With Heals" deck depicted in the Turns to win study-thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8813.0.html), and I thought I could speed it up a bit. This is what I came up with, and it does amazingly so far. I EM the vast majority of all matches, and it's faster than when you have a Jade Shield or Jade/Emerald Dragons in it.
The Jade Staffs help a lot in making your heals suffice for an EM, which was the problem I faced the most when trying the aforementioned deck.

Nothing special, but I figured I should share my take on optimising this concept. I might just start recording how many turns it takes to win and put it in the aforementioned thread.

Frickin' amazing. 
So, as you can see, your typical match without complications will take 6 turns. I'm pretty positively surprised by these results, as I know it's a bit faster than this on average. Got some really bad matches there. x)
Oh, and yes, I played 53 matches, since a loss means a ttw of 0, and it'd be silly to count that in.

Hm, I guess you've missed jmdt's and my conversations about gaining score with EM. Yes, you can, and it makes it a bit faster, but it also means less EM's, naturally. This deck fits my playstyle more, as I don't farm as intensely as I could. Thus, using this means I don't have to start a new match as often, but get a ~92% EM ratio instead of the 78% his deck has recorded.

So I saw another thread that was 1000 games and the average money won...I'm not about to do all that but I am going to do some testing with Hig's version of the EM deck to see how it fares against USEM.

That is the exact version of the deck I will be using for all testing and I'll probably go to 50 or 100 games.  The only difference and if anything they should decrease TTW and increase win%.

Its effectively the same as all the other life rushes, except the longswords allow the occasional faster kill.  Typically the healing from a staff isn't necessary, whereas 2 more damage and 1 less cost is.

It just comes down to personal preference, some want it tweaked for more speed, some want it tweaked for more EMs.

In the case of your first response, your wording implies that swords were original while the staffs were new additions.  However, Higurashi is stating that the staffs were original while the swords were newer additions.  Not a big issue, but she is being nit-picky
