I was thinking about something like this earlier today myself, I tried your deck out and liked it playing AI3 then I changed it by taking out 1 Forest Scorpion, 2 Horned Frog and 1 Heal and added 2 Adrenaline and 2 Thorn Carapace.
I think using Poison in Mono Life Decks is a very good idea especially against Stall Decks if you can get the Scorps out early and put a nice little beatdown of poison counters on them you can relax a little when they throw down the Dimensional Shield or other stall tactics since they are still getting whacked by the poison. I threw in the Thorn Carapace's For Creature Control especially against Rush Decks and Phase Dragons and Immortals etc, the Adrenalines can be used on the Scorps so they kick out 2+ Poison Counters per attack or to give the Frogs that extra juice for a finishing move.
If you want to keep the creature count the same go with 10 Emerald Piller instead of 12. and only 4 Heal.
      Tell me what you think.

Yes as like Specter said it would be a good idea to take out a frog or scorpion and add a adrenaline or two which you can get your scorpions or frogs to deal more damege. Everything else is great and i could see having a bit more chances of getting EM with all those heals. Overall it's a good deck. :) :life
