Maybe lacking scorpions for poison to be usable, even with mitosis. the biggest problem if that you have 2 scorpions on a 34 card deck (so 1/17 chance to draw a scorpion) and 1 Mitosis inside the same 34 (1/34 chance to get it) How would this poison?

Obviously, i still have to try it out, but i see no bonus in using this over the Adrenaline Frog Fractal.

Notice that Animate Weapon is classified as Air, even if it uses no quanta. So technically this isn't a Mono-deck, and belongs in the Duo section.

Cards from only 1 element and "Other". Can use any mark.

Not "That use", but "From". if you see in the card background, it doesn't have an Other background, it has an Air background, so it comes FROM Air, even not using necessarily Air Quanta.

ok you massively need to remove the cockatrices and the frogs as they just take up space and quanta. replace any empty places with another weapon as 1 usually in't enough in a rush. maybe add a couple more pillars or heals. also the shield is out of place so remove it. otherwise - lovely

I would say get rid of the Cockatrice x4, the shield, and the sword.  The whole point of a rush deck is to beat them mercilessly...not cower behind a shield and wave your short sword around at them...30 cards without the chickens, shield, and sword and it will be very fast...even faster upgraded.

there is a 60 card mono life in t50 that actually puts up a decent fight.
