This card is amazing.  It's a brilliant use of a known concept, it creates a whole new field of / synergy, and it's not too OP either, being very easy to kill.

Lol, name and concept fits with Maxwell's demon.
And not pointless. With bone wall this can fend off any single creature indefinitely.
Its cheap cost makes it target for fractal.
Dunno what will happen with a malignant cell, but since that comes with 2 poison, and this cat is weak, it won't be exploitable easily.

I think it's an okay idea, not powerful, not weak, balanced, but out of place because there aren't many cards that can support the cat or vice-versa.
