Well, I just thought about some special abilities some real animals have (Fly, Swim, & Dig), and in this game they are represented by airborne (:air), flooding survivor (:water), and burrowed (:earth), respectively. As for other elements, I don't know what kind of creatures would get the privilege, but my guess are:
 :fire ???
 :light Creatures with bioluminescence
 :darkness Cloaked creatures?
 :life ???
 :death Poisoned creatures
 :gravity Creatures with Momentum
 :time Delayed creatures?
 :aether Immortal creatures
 :entropy Mutants?
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water

Double ATK for one turn (Dive) is Air's domain, just like each element has its own. If every element had its Dive, none of them would really have it and thus Air would lose its domain.

Plus, as I've mentioned earlier, airborne is a lot more widespread ability than any other hence the viability of Sky Blitz. Other such effects would most likely be useful in element only.

Yeah, what Treldon said.

If every element had Fire's incredible offense capabilities, then Fire really wouldn't have anything special (aside from very good control) because they aren't significantly faster than anything really.



Anyways, back to Streamline itself.

Based on feedback, it has very powerful combo potential, but isn't OP as a card, correct?

Not OP. I'd say you could raise the cost on both by 1, but otherwise fine.

And it has been asked before, but can't recall the answer: does it stack on a single creature (2 Streamlines -> x4 ATK)?

Not OP. I'd say you could raise the cost on both by 1, but otherwise fine.

Will raise cost later.

And it doesn't stack on a single creature (like Adrenaline).

Let's try something different, then:
 :fire All your creatures with < 4 HP gains +2|+0 for one turn.
 :water Freeze all opponent's creatures in non-flooded area.
 :earth Delay all your opponent's unborrowed creatures.
 :light All your light emitting creatures gains +0|+2
 :darkness All your Darkness creatures absorb 1 quanta from your opponent.
 :life Heal all your creatures by the amount of creatures you have on the field.
 :death All your Death creatures give inflict 1 Poison Damage for this turn.
 :gravity All your Gravity creatures gain Momentum for 1 turn.
 :time All delayed creatures gains +3|+3.
 :aether All your immaterial creatures inflict Spell Damage for this turn.
 :entropy All your creatures gains random ATK boost.
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water
