Maybe HP reduction since it spawns with devour?

Its a rare. You won't see it very often at all. Plus there aren't any water gravity duos out there at all.

Pharaoh is also a rare and everyone has at least 6 copies of it. Not a big deal, still OP.

Something told me some shard was going to OP it. Forgot completely about potential Shard Of Patience combo. So, I stand corrected. I believe 6|8 would be ideal.
