Glad you decided to post this one, it was always one of my favorites thematically amongst the ones we ever discussed.
 
I always imagined it as a spirit-like creature 'trapped' in a construct made of mirrors to maximize and focus its effect. I still think its an awesome concept, and with the recent correction the card reflects that well, and goes very nicely compared to Butterfly Effect for example (Focus is just not right anyway you look at it). Also as a creature, it fits a nice hollow spot in Light's arsenal, and goes perfectly with Blessing. I'm so sad I never made sketches for it..

This thing fills Light's lack of mono-viable midrange hitman, comes equipped with a solution to Light's PC problems. I like it!

Just one thing, though. I think it can use this kind of wording:
Destroy target permanent if it was affected by another Focus Fire this turn.
That way, it (hopefully) will leave no doubt that a Light Cannon (unupped) and a Sunray Cannon (upped) can gang up a permanent.
That'd be my ... IDR 275, I guess, at current rates T_T

There is one more thought that has been nagging at me. What if it had spell damage? It would make sense for reflective shields to reflect the damage... On the other hand, that could easily be too much stuff in one card, and it would make it very similar to Psion. There is also little space on the card as it is. What are your thoughts about this?

my personal thoughts are to keep a card as simple as possible,
it makes everything easier
