i feel oceanus is a bit overpowered just think about it the only shield that can block every turn is the diamond shield and when ever it hits you gain half a purify so a bit overpowered

If Oceanus is OP then arsenic is OP.
They mirror each other near perfectly.
Not to mention there are a ton of far more efficient healing methods.
Shards
Sancs
Emp Bonds
etc.

I worked hard on that card to make it damn near perfect and the community reflected my feelings.
1(stacking) hp per turn is very little.

Now if you can give a detailed breakdown of why and how it is OP. Then I may be convinced otherwise. But as for now: No.
