I think it's more that Arkhonist sees/plays against these decks more frequently than how often one plays Rainbow decks. :P

Also, considering Quantum Pendulums will only generate random quanta half the time, unlike Quantum Pilllars/Towers; suggesting that your deck would need to be more occupied by cards of your Mark.  Which I would prefer instead of being forced-Entropy with Supernova; it would give Rainbows a little more flavor.

There's also the part where Rainbows will generally be OP because of their ability to use the best cards from any element. and... not a whole lot (if anything) can change that.  If something gets implemented to defeat rainbows (ie. Black Hole), a card will be invented designed to save it (ie. Sanctuary) (although there are other reasons besides Rainbows to do such a thing).

You know, of all these suggested cards... I think the Quantum Pendulum is a must. Would really help the Rainbow/Other deck combos I see floating around. For instance that pure rainbow one that uses Time cards to get quantum pillars and monsters out faster. Actually wished I had some myself several times when building new decks.

While we're on the subject, I wonder if the idea for a Quantum Mark has ever been suggested? Not even sure that could even be submitted as a card idea... One might wonder if that'd be over powered because down the road there might be more cards that use random quanta, and that would change your quanta output from 1 to 3. To circumvent for this might mean to reduce the random quanta generated to 1 per turn.

So anyways, I see a Quantum Mark and a Quantum Pendulum going hand-in-hand. I definitively want to see that Pendulum though. If you add one, why not the other? Understand if others see it differently.

A lot of these were really good!
The reason I didn't vote for quantum pendulum, is simply that the rainbow strategy is already super strong, and this card would make it a whole lot stronger.
And... the void pendulum is just way too good. Pests are strong for that effect, and having it on a 0 quanta card would just be too good.

Many Awesome card ideas and pictures! Really great work done! There is only 1 "disadvantage" I have to think about my votes for more than 2 or 3 times... ?_?

Terror Shield seems interesting, but if you life long enough and the attackdamage stack -1 next -2 and so on i think its a kind of op.

 You see all the votes that have been casted until now. For example, if you have voted during Monday and you watch the results during Friday, you will see the voting results up to Friday (not Monday).

 By the way, Magnet and Necronomicon are irresistible card ideas!  :P
