I still think there is too much potential for stat inflation on this thing...
I suppose this does outclass Pegasus by quite a bit in terms of damage:cost ratio, but it is a lot more susceptible to RT and also has a less splashable ability.
Maybe lower HP? But then again, that's not very thematic for a suit of armor..
