NOTES: You can target creatures and permanents too. If you target a card without ability cost, nothing happens. (e.g Voodoo Doll, Jade Staff, Malignant Cell) This card is both soft-lobotomizer for and a huge speed boost (also for ). If you Mitosis Jade Dragon, Tongue Strike will speed up the process. You can also make weapons like Eternity and Pulverizer have in-element skill for you. The issue here is that the 8 cost for what is essentially a weaker Shard of Readiness is... Really not worth it. At least, not in my eyes.
I suppose you're trading the ability to duo with an element that isn't time for four times the cost of SoR, which... Could be useful.
It's a shame how mitosis kills the card here. D:

Well chameleons change their colors, so at first I was thinking that it would be an element changing card, but then i realized that it would be a useless skill.
Then I was thinking that it should change target's element. Not the card element, but the element of the ability, rather.
So after I noticed the problem that chameleons couldn't possibly make other creatures change color, I made them chameleon orcs, which are entirely new creatures created by me, so I can give any kind of magic, color-changing power to them.

Logical step, however the problem with using well known templates (and especially combinging them) will make people associate with what they know of those templates, which will cause confusion.

For new species perhaps it's better in the long run to create a (random) new name with a name generator.

I suggest Chrome Changer for the name, or Color Cleric.

Anyway, I suggest Life Cultist.

I lowered the cost, changed the name and added art. The cost is now around Fallen Elf|Druid-ish levels.
Now about the possible strategies:

1) One option is to run some Copacatis in a - duo. You can use Acid Belch on mutants with off-element abilities, without relying on Nova|SNova.

2) Run a Mitosis + Jade Dragon deck with some Copacatis in the deck. Mitosis will be much faster.

3) Use it in a - duo to accelerate the Zerg Swarm process of your nymphs.

etc.

Advantages over SoR: repeatable, usable as CC.

Flavor is much more appealing than it was before, IMHO and card itself has a number of uses that act as a soft in-between to SoR and Lobo. Nice rework IMHO; I'd totally vote for an artless version of this in Crucible polls.
